3D Printing / Rapid Prototyping

Rapid prototyping through 3D printing is quick, easy, and cost-effective. It gives entrepreneurs and established organizations alike the opportunity to transform great ideas into functioning, testable prototypes. What once required significant time and money is now accessible to nearly anybody.

At MF Engineering, we’re excited to bring our clients the latest in new and innovative manufacturing technology. That’s why we stand so strongly behind our 3D printing and rapid prototyping services. Thanks to our in-house fixturing and tooling, we’re able to offer a range of capabilities and services centered around 3D FPM printing. Our facilities can accommodate a variety of project sizes—we’re capable of taking on project runs and production volumes anywhere between 1 and 500.

All of our lead times are provided on a job-by-job basis so that you always know exactly when you can expect your finished product. If you need emergency or rush services, don’t hesitate to ask—we’re more than happy to provide them. We employ lights out manufacturing, Lean manufacturing, and Kaizen/5S to maintain the highest levels of efficiency and get you your finished product as soon as possible.

Offerings

MF Engineering is proud to offer our clients a range of services. Our versatility is owed to the capabilities that our experienced staff and machinery make possible. We offer two printer options in order to meet the needs of a wider variety of projects and specifications across industrial and applicational lines. We also offer many secondary processes that other companies would outsource, enabling us to provide end-to-end service and the cost and time savings that comes along with it.

We specialize in printing a nylon-based material mixed with carbon fiber particulate. Our production process also allows for the additional reinforcement with specialized fiber inlays to help improve the structural integrity of your components and, in some cases, meet mandatory requirements depending on industry and application.
